Shipping policy

We currently ship to Germany, the following EU countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Slovenia, as well as most non-EU countries worldwide.

Due to local packaging regulations, we are unable to ship to some EU countries. We also do not currently ship to the United States or Russia. Shipping availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

As a small business, we put in our best effort to process orders promptly and appreciate your understanding. During peak demand periods, our fulfillment times may be slightly extended. Kindly allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped after placement. You’ll receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping method

Orders within Germany are shipped using Deutsche Post, while orders within and outside the European Union are shipped using DHL.

Delivery time

Once your item is dropped off at the post office, the shipping time begins and will vary based on the carrier. Please note that Brozbo cannot be held responsible for any extended shipping delays or for lost or stolen items after the package has been deposited at the post office.
