Shipping policy

As a small business, we put in our best effort to process orders promptly and appreciate your understanding. During peak demand periods, our fulfillment times may be slightly extended. Kindly allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped after placement. You’ll receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping method

Orders within Germany are shipped using Deutsche Post, while orders within the European Union are shipped using DHL.

Delivery time

Once your item is dropped off at the post office, the shipping time begins and will vary based on the carrier. Please note that Brozbo cannot be held responsible for any extended shipping delays or for lost or stolen items after the package has been deposited at the post office.
