Right of Withdrawal (German & EU Law)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (e.g., by email to brozbo.handmade@gmail.com) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning physical goods unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.

Items returned without prior notification or outside the statutory withdrawal period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Physical Returns

To be eligible for a return, physical items should be:

  • in the same condition you received them,
  • unworn or unused,
  • with tags attached (where applicable),
  • in their original packaging.

Please note that these conditions do not affect your statutory rights in the event that goods are defective or not as described.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us immediately at brozbo.handmade@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized or custom-made products made to your specifications,
  • digital content once the download or access has begun with your prior consent,
  • any other products exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (where eligible) and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide proof that you have sent them back (whichever occurs first), we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

We will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of our standard outbound delivery. If you selected a premium or express shipping option, only the cost of our standard delivery service will be refunded; any additional charges for upgraded shipping are non-refundable.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
