Return & Refund Policy

 

Right of Withdrawal (German & EU Law)

 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the goods.

 

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (e.g., email to brozbo.handmade@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning physical goods.

You must send returns at your own cost unless otherwise agreed.

Items returned without prior notification or outside the withdrawal period may not be accepted.

 

Conditions for Physical Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, physical items must be:

·      ● in the same condition you received them,

·      ● unworn or unused,

·      ● with tags attached,

·      ● in original packaging,

 

Digital Products

 

Digital products such as downloads, courses, PDFs, templates or other digital content do not fall under the statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun and you have agreed that performance starts before the withdrawal period expires.

 

This means there is no return or refund for digital items once you have started downloading or accessing them.

 

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us immediately at brozbo.handmade@gmail.com so we can make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:

·      ● personalized or custom-made products

·      ● digital content once download/access has started (see above)

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item under the conditions above and place a new order for the replacement.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
